TEN BRINKE Logistics Village, is a complex of state- of-the-art industrial premises in Elefsina, Attica, owned by the Dutch real estate group Ten Brinke. The warehouses are intended for renting to international firms, operating in transportation and logistics business sector, with strict requirements in functionality and fire protection of the warehouse.
Armos delivered the precast elements of 12.500 sq.m. warehouse, named building B. The warehouse consists of three structurally independent structures, including office spaces and mezzanine. The buildings is Z2 fire-proof certified.
