Armos delivered and assembled the precast elements of the warehouses buildings of Delta 4 in Sindos, Thessaloniki.
The logistics complex consists of five independent warehouses, with a total building area of 21,850 sq.m., with capacity to store 28,512 pallets.
The precast construction was selected over steel structure in order to achieve increased strength & durability and fire-proofing.
The building has passive fire protection ranking of Z3 and main axis grid is 33 m (no interim column).
The buildings are fully covered by more than 10,000 sq.m. of precast walls, creating a complete concrete cell.
