George Orologopoulos
Founder & CEO
George Orologopoulos is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ARMOS.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), graduating in 1976, and has over 40 years of experience in business development.
Since 1986, he has led ARMOS Precast as President and CEO, having also founded its affiliated companies: OMEGA S.A.T.E., ARMOS Balkan, and ARMOS Cyprus.
Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented a wide range of specialized projects in Greece and the Balkans, playing a pivotal role in establishing ARMOS as a reference point in the field of precast construction and complex technical solutions.

Kalypso Sapouna
BoD, Chief Architect
Kalypso Sapouna is an Architect Engineer and has led the Design Department of ARMOS since 1992.
She graduated from the School of Architecture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1982 and continued her studies at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy.
She served as Vice President of the ARMOS Board of Directors from 2003 to 2018, contributing significantly to the strategic development of the company.
With extensive experience in the field of architectural studies, she is responsible for the architectural design and coordination of project studies for OMEGA S.A. ensuring technical competence and aesthetic quality in every project.
She graduated from the School of Architecture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1982 and continued her studies at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy.
She served as Vice President of the ARMOS Board of Directors from 2003 to 2018, contributing significantly to the strategic development of the company.

Vasiliki Orologopoulou
BoD, Chief Business Officer
Vasiliki Orologopoulou is an executive Board Member and Chief Business Officer of ARMOS.
She graduated from the Civil Engineering School of the National Technical University of Athens in 2011 and, in 2016, earned her MBA from the London Business School in the United Kingdom.
Before joining ARMOS, she worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, both in Athens and in London.
At ARMOS, she is responsible for coordinating sales, project studies, and financial management. Her specialization in building projects plays a crucial role in the company’s growth in the field of complex precast solutions for multi-storey buildings.
She is also a Board Member of the Central Greece Industries Association, where she serves as Treasurer.

Nikos Orologopoulos

Nikos Orologopoulos is an executive member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Technical Officer of ARMOS.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management in the United States, which he completed in 2020.
Before joining ARMOS, he worked at the consulting firm Roland Berger in Chicago, gaining valuable experience in strategic analysis and business planning.
In his role as Chief Technical Officer, he oversees all production units of the company, organizing production processes and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Since 2023, he has also undertaken the management of ARMOS BALKAN, leading the subsidiary’s strategic growth and operations.

Spyros Chalkiadakis
Head of Business Development
Spyros Chalkiadakis is a Civil Engineer graduate from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been a key member of the ARMOS team since 2014.
During his career at ARMOS, he led the company’s participation in the Thessaloniki Metro segment supply project, and played a pivotal role in the establishment of ARMOS Cyprus as well as in the development of new products and strategic partnerships—particularly in the field of major infrastructure projects.
As Head of Business Development, he is responsible for developing new projects and products, as well as expanding the company’s partnerships. He also plays a central role in supporting the commercial division and coordinating technical teams in the implementation of infrastructure projects.

Head of Quality Assurance
George Toulios is a Civil Engineer graduate from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been working at ARMOS since 2014.
As Head of Quality Assurance, he is responsible for the operation and control of the Quality System across all companies within the ARMOS Group, ensuring compliance with project requirements and international standards.
With a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, he plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of production processes and the enhancement of the company’s product reliability.

Senior Accountant
Thomas Giouvris is a Senior Accountant at ARMOS and a key member of the company’s finance department.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Stirling in Scotland (1997–2001) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki.
He has extensive experience in accounting management, financial control, and compliance with tax and regulatory frameworks. His role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the ARMOS Group’s financial reporting.
