ARMOS Precast has undertaken the production and erection of the precast concrete structure for JUMBO’s new logistics facility in Thessaloniki, with a total area of approximately 41,000 m².
Precast construction is particularly well suited to large-scale logistics facilities, offering long spans and flexible layouts, high durability and fire resistance, consistent factory-controlled quality and significantly faster on-site erection. These advantages are making precast concrete an increasingly preferred structural solution for modern warehouses and distribution centres.
A key requirement of the project is also its demanding programme, with ARMOS’ contract providing for the production and erection of the entire precast structure within five months.
