The 50,000 sq.m. project is a \u20ac70 million investment by Fourlis Group and its subsidiary Trade Estates REIC, aiming to establish Greece as a key distribution hub for the Mediterranean and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>ARMOS is responsible for 34 out of the total 50 building hectares, including the tallest structures at 14.5 meters high, with a 22x11m structural grid and passive fire protection rating Z2. The scope also includes the supply and installation of the precast perimeter fencing. The production and installation timeline is set at 7 months.<\/p>\n<p>The facility will serve as a central distribution hub for countries such as Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Bulgaria, Jordan, and eventually Egypt.
